Anxiety
Anxiety is your body’s natural way of reacting to stress—it’s like an internal alarm system that keeps you alert and ready for what's ahead. It’s completely normal to feel anxious before a big event, during a major life change, or when faced with uncertainty. However, when that anxiety becomes constant, overwhelming, or feels out of proportion to the situation, it could be a sign of an anxiety disorder. It’s important to know you’re not alone, and there’s support available to help you manage it.

ADHD
ADHD, or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, affects how you focus, manage impulses, and regulate activity levels. It’s something that’s often first noticed in childhood, but it can continue into adulthood—sometimes without being recognized for years. If you find it hard to stay organized, stay on task, or feel like your mind is always racing, you’re not alone. Understanding ADHD can be the first step toward finding strategies that work for you.

Depression
Depression is more than just feeling sad or down—it’s a deep, persistent sense of emptiness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest in things you once enjoyed. It can affect the way you think, how you feel, and how you go about your daily life. If you've been feeling this way for a long time, it’s important to know that it’s not something you have to face alone. There’s help, and healing is possible.

Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder—once called manic depression—is a condition that causes extreme changes in mood, energy, and activity levels. These shifts go far beyond the normal ups and downs we all experience and can deeply affect daily life, relationships, and overall functioning. If you’re experiencing these intense mood swings, know that you're not alone, and there is support to help you manage it

PTSD / Trauma
Trauma is a response to experiences that are so distressing or overwhelming that they shake your sense of safety, identity, and your connection to others. It can feel like it’s too much to cope with on your own, and it’s okay to feel that way. Healing from trauma is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Personality Disorder
A personality disorder is when your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors don’t quite align with what’s expected in your culture, and these patterns are deeply ingrained in your life. They can cause real challenges in relationships, work, and daily activities. If you’re struggling with these patterns, it’s important to know that change is possible with the right support.

Suicidal Ideation
Suicidal thoughts can range from brief moments of wondering if things would be better if you weren't here to more serious thoughts about planning. Just having these thoughts doesn’t always mean someone will act on them, but it’s a clear sign of deep emotional pain. If you’re experiencing this, it’s important to reach out for support—you don’t have to go through it alone.

Dual Diagnoses
Dual diagnosis means dealing with both a mental health condition and a substance use issue at the same time. For example, you might be experiencing depression while also struggling with alcohol use. It's important to understand that both challenges are connected, and with the right support, you can work through them together.
