If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate attention, please be aware that Greist Minded’s telehealth services are not intended for emergency situations. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or facing a crisis, please take the following steps:
  • Call 911 for immediate emergency assistance.
  • Go to your nearest Emergency Room for urgent care.
  • Contact your local Crisis Helpline for support
For non-urgent concerns, we encourage you to schedule a therapy session. Your safety and well-being are our top priority, and we are here to help with ongoing support when you need it.
